Dechra Enteropro® capsules are a dietary supplement for dogs and cats designed to help reduce excess weight. They are high in fibre and low in energy.
For overweight pets, it is usually advisable to reduce their regular diet (their usual food) slightly. You should weigh your pet weekly to monitor progress. The aim is to achieve a gradual weight loss down to the weight recommended by your vet. Fresh drinking water should be available to your pet at all times.
The three plant-based ingredients in Enteropro® are carefully balanced to work together.
By binding water, they collectively increase the volume of the food in the digestive tract,
thereby promoting a feeling of fullness.

Directions for use
Administer daily until the desired feeding goal is achieved:
- Cats: ½–1 capsule.
- Dogs: 5 kg: 1–1½, 10 kg: 2–3, 20 kg: 4–6, 30 kg: 6–9 capsules.
After opening the capsule, mix the contents with the pet’s usual food. It is advisable to start with the lower dose. If feeding several meals a day, it is advisable to divide the recommended daily dose of Enteropro® between the portions.
Ingredients
- Composition: psyllium husks 80 per cent, apple pomace 10 per cent, citrus pomace 10 per cent.
- Analytical constituents: 17.4% crude protein, 1.1% crude fat, 4.4% crude fibre, 2.5% crude ash.
- Additional information: Dietary fibre (total) 78.5 per cent.
