- D-Mannose and cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon): Mannose works synergistically with cranberry to help reduce the adhesion of bacteria to the walls of the urinary tract and facilitate their elimination.
- L-tryptophan: Tryptophan, a serotonin precursor, plays an important role in stress reduction, which is particularly important in cats with idiopathic cystitis.
- Phyllantus niruri (also known as the stonecrop plant) and Ononis spinosa (thorny hackberry): Support diuresis and can limit mineral aggregation in the urine, helping to maintain a physiological urinary environment.
- Enterococcus faecium: Enterococcus faecium supports a healthy intestinal microbiome and immune system.
- Mineral solubility: Supplements containing Phyllanthus, also known as the "stone crusher" plant, can help to limit the solubility of minerals in the urine, thereby supporting the maintenance of a physiological urinary environment.
- Protecting the urinary tract and increasing well-being: D-mannose helps to reduce bacterial adhesion to the walls of the urinary tract and thus supports their elimination. Enterococcus faecium helps to strengthen the immune defence.
- Stress regulation: L-tryptophan helps to regulate stress, which supports urinary tract balance.
Dosage form
How to use
- Recommended amount: One notch on the syringe per 5kg bw (body weight) once daily.
- Administer for at least 1 month, can be administered continuously. It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before use or before extending the feeding period.
- Advice: Sufficient fresh water should always be freely available.
Ingredients
- Composition: Vegetable oils (sunflower and soya bean oil), concentrated malt powder, hydrolysed animal proteins (pork), D-mannose (40,000 mg/kg), cranberry, products from plant production (Phyllanthus spp. dried, pulverised 12,000 mg/kg, Ononis spinosa powder), fish oil.
- Analytical constituents: crude protein 9.27 %, crude oils and fats 50.48 %, crude ash 1.29 %, crude fibre 1.67 %.
- Additives per kg: Amino acids: L-tryptophan (3c440) 42,000 mg. vitamins: 3a700 vitamin E 12,000 mg. intestinal flora stabilisers: 4b1707 Enterococcus faecium - 2x10¹⁰ cfu/g 10,000 mg.
