The body's performance depends on its energy supply. The organism obtains energy from the nutrients it receives, namely carbohydrates, fat and protein. In order for the energy from these nutrients to be utilised, a number of substances are required to support normal energy metabolism.

Active substances

• These include vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, biotin, niacin and pantothenic acid. Folic acid provides more drive, as it contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue alongside niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B2, B6 and B12.
• Coenzyme Q10 completes the formula. In its pure form, the coenzyme is a yellow-orange, fat-soluble powder. In VitaStar Q10 capsules, coenzyme Q10 is dissolved in vegetable oil and is therefore readily available.

Directions

Swallow one capsule daily unchewed with a little liquid during a meal or between meals. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents under the age of 18. If taking anticoagulant medication, only use after consulting a doctor.

Vegetable oils (coconut oil, soya oil, palm kernel oil), coenzyme Q10 (17.1 %), niacin, pantothenic acid, emulsifier soya lecithin, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, vitamin B12, folic acid, biotin. Capsule shell: gelatine, humectants sorbitol and glycerol, colours titanium dioxide and iron oxide.
