Magnesium is essential for numerous bodily functions. This bioelement is particularly important for muscles, heart and nerves. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function including the heart muscle and normal nerve function.
Active ingredients
- Potassium also contributes to normal muscle and nerve function and helps to maintain normal blood pressure.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.
Just one effervescent tablet provides 150 mg magnesium, 500 mg potassium and 40 mg vitamin C.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, drink 2 effervescent tablets daily, each dissolved in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml). Mineral supplements should only be used after consulting a doctor if the mineral balance is disturbed, especially in the case of renal insufficiency.

Acidifier citric acid, potassium hydrogen carbonate, magnesium carbonate, fructose, maltodextrin, acerola preparation (acerola juice concentrate, maltodextrin, vitamin C), sweetener sodium cyclamate, natural flavourings, sweetener acesulfame K.
