The Curaprox Perio Plus+ Balance mouth rinsing solution is a chlorhexidine concentrate with 0.05 %. The concentrate reduces the risk of caries or gingivitis and is ideal for long-term use.

It can also noticeably improve the cleaning result in the case of motor impairments. "Perio plus balance" mouth rinse with 0.05 % CHX and Citrox®/P complex (200 ml).

Active ingredients

0.05 % chlorhexidine digluconate - for chemical bacterial control
Citrox®/P complex: natural extract of bitter orange for increased antiseptic effect and the amino acid polylysine to support the long-term effect
Sodium fluoride for additional prevention of caries during long-term use
VP-VA copolymer for extra strong protective film on teeth, gums and oral mucosa

CHX plus nature

Dentistry has been prescribing chlorhexidine for almost seventy years, and for good reasons: It works. In addition to CHX digluconate, Perio Plus+ contains natural bioflavonoids extracted from the bitter orange (Citrus aurantium amara): Citrox®.

Effect: even stronger

Citrox® enhances the antibacterial effect of CHX. Thanks to the combination of Citrox® and CHX, "Perio plus" is extremely effective.

This is the Citrox®/P complex

Citrox® is a natural bioflavonoid extract from the bitter orange (citrus aurantium amara) and has an antibiotic, antifungal and antibacterial effect. The combination with the amino acid polylysine allows Citrox® to adhere to teeth, gums and oral mucosa for a long time.

Good flavour, no irritation

Perio Plus+ tastes good: thanks to Citrox® and the flavour developed by the flavour experts at Givaudan. What's more, Perio Plus+ does not irritate the sense of taste: whether it's orange juice or pizza, everything tastes as it should.

How to use

Rinse undiluted 10 ml for 60 seconds, morning and evening, for up to 6 months.
Note: For oral use only. Do not swallow, keep away from children.
Caution: Only use Perio Plus+ or other CHX rinses on the recommendation of your dentist. Normally you do not need this product, a toothbrush and interdental brush are sufficient. Follow the instructions of your dental professional for use.
