The flexibility and elasticity of the PVA foam used enables simple self-treatment.
The raw material used for the Contam® vaginal cube is a toxicologically and dermatologically safe foam and has been used for decades for incontinence tampons. The sewn-in return thread means that there is hardly any contact between the thread and the mucous membrane. This prevents irritation.

How to use
- Wash hands thoroughly before use.
- Remove the film from the product and unwind the return string.
- Soak Contam in warm water for approx. 1 min.
- Squeeze out any remaining liquid. Contam becomes soft and elastic and can then be used.
- Use for prolapse complaints: Insert Contam as deeply as possible into the vagina with your fingertips. Note: The tampon cannot slip into the body!
- For hygienic reasons, change the tampon after 12 hours.
- Dispose of with household waste.
