Comprilan® is a textile-elastic and very skin-friendly short-stretch bandage. Comprilan® is made of 100 % cotton and can be washed several times.
Patients with sensitive or previously damaged skin require a compression bandage that is well tolerated and comfortable to wear. Comprilan® combines the ideal pressure effect of a short-stretch bandage with the positive wearing properties of a pure cotton bandage. Comprilan® is kind to the skin, has approx. 90 % longitudinal stretch at low resting pressure and high working pressure. It supports and activates the muscle pump and is extremely hard-wearing and durable without fraying at the ends of the bandage.
Comprilan® is suitable for compression bandages for phlebological and lymphological indications to support the muscle pump and to reduce venous or lymphatic congestion during or after
- Varicosis
- Chronic venous insufficiency (including venous leg ulcers and phleboedema)
- Vein surgery or sclerotherapy
- Thrombophlebitis
- Phlebothrombosis
- Primary or secondary lymphoedema

- Duration of use: several days to several weeks, taking into account the recommended change intervals.
- Note: Do not use bandage clips for patient care.
