Gel compress in the shape of glasses
Application
- As warming goggles: Place the goggles in a pot of warm water at approx. 50 °C for approx. 5 minutes or heat in the microwave at a maximum of 650 watts for 5 to 10 seconds. Repeat the process if necessary.
- As cooling goggles: Place the eye mask in the refrigerator for approx. 10 minutes.
- Notes: Caution: Do not freeze or boil the gel compress!
