Clive's® Q10 vital is obtained via a bio-fermentation process and only supplies the biologically active form.
Q10 (coenzyme Q10) is one of the fat-soluble vitamins and is found in the cell nucleus of organs with high energy requirements. The body produces Q10 itself up to the age of 30, after which this ability decreases with increasing age, which is why an adequate supply through the diet is particularly important. A lack of Q10 results in a reduction in energy production in the cells and an increase in the formation of free radicals. Free radicals damage cells as they attack and destroy cell membranes and contribute to the acceleration of cell ageing.
Application:
Take 1 capsule 1 x daily before a meal with a little liquid.
