The Chevita Boviferm® primo 1x1 calf booster applicator is a supplementary feed for calves. Provides newborn calves with a high number of active, lactic acid-producing bacteria, vitamins and iron.

Boviferm® primo1x1 Calf Booster provides newborn calves with a high number of active lactic acid-producing bacteria. These have been shown to survive the passage through the stomach unscathed, doubling in size within a few minutes and creating an acidic environment in the small intestine with their metabolic product lactic acid. Bacterial pathogens are not only suppressed in numbers, but their development is also inhibited by the pH reduction, which makes it more difficult for pathogenic bacteria and viruses (e.g. E. coli, herpes, rota and corona viruses) to adhere to the intestinal mucosa. In addition, the intestinal flora stabilised by Boviferm® primo1x1 Calf Booster ensures physiological digestion of the milk components

Boviferm® primo1x1 Calf Booster also contains vitamins A, D3, E, C and beta-carotene in high concentrations, which strengthens the body's own defences and leads to the early formation of its own immune protective substances.

Boviferm primo calf booster contains:

• Enterococcus faecium (Oralin) to build up healthy intestinal flora.
• Vitamins A, D, E, C, beta-carotene and brewer's yeast (extracted) to strengthen immunity.
• Vitamin E-selenium combination to prevent swallowing reflex disorders and muscle weakness.
• Iron in chelated form to promote haematopoiesis and increase vitality.

How to use

1 dose (12 ml) per calf after the first colostrum intake, after antibiotic therapy and during convalescence. Administration can be repeated after a few days if necessary.

Ingredients

• Composition: rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, brewer's yeast (extracted), sucrose.
• Analytical constituents: Crude protein 1.7 %, crude fat 66.0 %, crude ash 6.0 %, sodium 0.1 %.
• Additives per kg - Nutritional additives: Vitamin A (3a672b) 1333000 I. E., vitamin C / L-ascorbic acid (3a300) 208000 mg, vitamin D3 (E671) 200000 I. E., vitamin E (3a700) 208000 I. E., Beta-carotene (3a160a) 12500 mg, iron as iron amino acid chelate hydrate (E1) 8333 mg, selenium as sodium selenite (E8) 41.7 mg.
