Cevitt® Throat & Throat Lozenges are the ideal solution for irritated mouth and throat mucosa and cold symptoms such as

When sucked, a hydrogel forms in the mouth together with the saliva, which forms a protective film over the irritated mucous membranes of the mouth and throat.
The active ingredients in Cevitt® Throat & Throat Lozenges are
- Sodium hyaluronate
- carbomer
- xanthan gum
All 3 active ingredients have the following properties - they have a
- water-binding
- gel-forming
- Adheres to the mucous membrane
The hygroscopic and gel-forming properties are an important prerequisite for the formation of the hydrogel that occurs when Cevitt® Throat & Throat Lozenges are sucked. Due to its mucoadhesive properties, it forms a protective film over the irritated mucous membranes of the mouth and throat.
Cevitt® Throat & Throat Lozenges also contain mannitol, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sorbitol, citric acid, aspartame, vitamin C, flavouring, zinc citrate dihydrate.
