This cleanser leaves skin visibly softer, smoother and with a more even complexion, thanks to a unique combination of salicylic acid, mandelic acid and gluconolactone. As a gentle chemical exfoliant, it promotes the renewal of the skin’s surface and refines the skin’s texture for a radiant complexion after just the first application, without any of the friction associated with conventional exfoliants. With daily use, it can even strengthen the resilience of sensitive skin in the long term. In addition, niacinamide (vitamin B3), panthenol (vitamin B5) and glycerine provide intense hydration, soothe the skin and help to protect the skin barrier. The foaming gel is fragrance-free and non-comedogenic – specially formulated to cleanse even sensitive skin particularly gently.​

Directions for use

Apply to the face and body in the morning, massage in and rinse off with water. In case of direct contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

1. Ideal for dry, sensitive skin. The cleansing lotion effectively moisturises whilst removing dirt and make-up. At the same time, it preserves the skin’s natural barrier function.
2. Apply a moisturiser or facial serum immediately after cleansing, whilst the skin is still slightly damp. This helps lock in moisture and ensures the skin is hydrated even more effectively. We recommend a moisturising serum, such as the Optimal Hydration 48h Activation Serum, or a day cream, such as the Optimal Hydration Day Cream.
3. Using a regenerating night cream before bed, such as the Optimal Hydration Night Cream, helps to soothe the skin and supports the restoration and strengthening of the skin barrier. Furthermore, your skin is optimally protected against drying out during the night. The result: skin that looks and feels fresh and revitalised in the morning.
