Supplement the micronutrient supply for men

The micronutrient requirements of men and women differ. The men's micronutrient formula Centrum "For Him" is specially adapted to the nutritional needs of men and provides a valuable contribution of important micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace elements) to optimally supplement men's nutrition.

Centrum "For Him" contains a special men's micronutrient formula. For example, thiamine (vitamin B1) and magnesium are very important for maintaining men's bodily functions and are therefore highly dosed:

• B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) support normal energy metabolism.
• Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
