Directions

• Take up to one tablespoon (10 ml) daily, stirring into water or juice for optimal compatibility.
• You should avoid this when taking it: If taken before going to bed, you may experience an increased urge to urinate at night. If you have diabetes mellitus, fructose intolerance or gout, take into account the natural sugar and fructose content.
