- Average nutritional value per 100 ml: energy 1240.0 kJ, fat 0.8 g of which saturated fatty acids 0.32 g, carbohydrates 64.0 g of which sugar 64 g, protein 4.0 g, dietary fibre 0.8 g, salt 1.05 g. The values are subject to the usual fluctuations for natural products.
