Application

• As a daily supplement, take 2 - 4 x 1 film-coated tablet with a little water.
• Note: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Store in a dry place at room temperature and out of the reach of small children.
