This miracle product from the coconut has been forgotten for far too long. Yet its applications are so extremely diverse. From sophisticated gourmet cuisine and its many health benefits to healthy, soft skin and strong hair. Coconut oil is currently experiencing a real hype.

We differentiate between coconut fat and oil. In principle, both terms describe the same product, they just have different physical states. While coconut fat is solid and is mainly used for cooking and baking, coconut oil is semi-solid. The melting point of the oil is around 23-26 degrees. In tropical countries, coconut oil is therefore generally liquid. In our cooler regions, coconut oil usually has a creamy white consistency. It must first be warmed between the palms of the hands and then applied to the hair and skin.
