How to use

The Magnesium + MSM Gel is applied directly to the skin; a small amount of the gel is sufficient. The gel for massage and cupping applications is characterised by optimal gliding properties and good skin compatibility. You can massage strained muscles directly with the gel to loosen and cool them before and after sport.
Tip: Store the magnesium gel in the (freezer) refrigerator if you wish and also benefit from its cooling effect as a cooling gel.
