How to use
- For a full bath: Add 2 cups of Epsom Salt Active Bath to the bath water. Bathe 2-3 times a week for approx. 20-30 minutes.
- Foot bath: For a foot bath, use 3 heaped tablespoons per 4-5 litres of water.
