Who is Caricol®-Kids suitable for?

Children’s digestive systems are still developing and are therefore sensitive. Particularly during transitional phases – such as when starting on solid foods or introducing new foods into their diet – little ones’ tummies can become unbalanced: irregular stools, bloating or general discomfort are common symptoms. The organic papayas used in Caricol®-Kids come from Sri Lanka, grown by smallholders and family farms who receive fair prices above the usual market value. The fruit is harvested when ripe and processed locally in accordance with the EU’s strict organic regulations to preserve its valuable nutrients. How does Caricol®-Kids work?

Caricol®-Kids is an all-natural product specially developed to meet the needs of children from the weaning stage onwards. The formulation combines Caricol®’s tried-and-tested, enzyme-rich papaya preparation with easily digestible organic rice gruel to create a gentle formula for children’s digestive systems.

Papaya pulp contains a large amount of papain, a natural enzyme that aids digestion by breaking down proteins in food. Caricol®’s patented manufacturing process increases papain activity many-fold – gently and effectively. The organic rice gruel complements the formula as a wholesome, easily digestible base. Rice gruel is a familiar ingredient in weaning foods and is traditionally used to help with digestive problems.

• Caricol®-Kids does not need to be stored in the fridge. Suitable for carrying around in everyday life and when travelling. Suitable for long-term use.
• Notes: Caricol®-Kids is free from animal protein, gluten, yeast, soya and lactose; free from genetically modified organisms; free from preservatives and colourings; and free from thickeners and fillers. 1 sachet contains: 0.96 g fructose. Do not store above 25 °C.
