Caesaro med Preisel-Caps D-Mannose Capsules, 100 ST

Caesaro med Preisel-Caps D-Mannose capsules are a dietary supplement to support bladder inflammation.

D-mannose is a natural type of sugar that is found in small quantities in fruits and certain types of berries. It also occurs naturally in the urinary tract to protect the body from harmful bacteria.

The typical triggers of a urinary tract infection, the coli bacteria, are thus prevented from adhering to the bladder wall together with the proanthocyanins in the cranberry extract. The bacteria cannot adhere and are flushed out of the urinary tract with the urine.

This interaction of the two active ingredients can be beneficial both in acute cases, i.e. when the first alarm signals such as burning, a strong urge to urinate or a change in odour are felt, and in cases where the cranberry extract alone does not achieve a sufficient protective effect in long-term use.

• 5 capsules daily: Take 1-2 capsules spread out over the day to achieve 5 capsules daily.
• In case of difficulty swallowing or general problems with the stomach tolerance of tablets or capsules, the contents of the capsule can also be taken together with other foods (e.g. stirred into yoghurt or musli) or mixed into tube feeds.
