C-med® Depot capsules contain high doses of vitamin C and zinc for a functioning immune system. The depot capsules release vitamin C and zinc slowly throughout the day, providing the body with an even supply of the important nutrients.

An inadequate supply can have an impact on the immune system and metabolism. Fatigue is one of the consequences. The need for vitamin C and zinc is increased during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with an unbalanced diet, stress, heavy physical exertion, during competitive sport, convalescence or in the growth phase. Active ingredients

• Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. It helps to maintain the physiological function of nerve cells, reduces tiredness and protects the cells from oxidative stress.
• Zinc - an essential trace element - plays a central role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids and vitamin A. It contributes to normal energy metabolism. It makes a valuable contribution to normal energy metabolism and to the structure and function of normal skin, bones, hair and nails.

• The body can neither produce vitamin C and zinc itself nor store them sufficiently. For this reason, C-med® has developed special capsules with a depot effect that release vitamin C and zinc evenly throughout the day. This ensures that the body is continuously supplied with a sufficiently high dose of these important nutrients.

• Take 1 capsule once a day unchewed with sufficient liquid. Continuous release over hours.
• Note: C-med® Depot Capsules are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition.
