Active ingredients

• Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. It helps maintain the physiological function of nerve cells, reduces tiredness and protects cells from oxidative stress.
• Zinc – an essential trace element – plays a key role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids and vitamin A. It makes a valuable contribution to normal energy metabolism, as well as to the structure and function of normal skin, bones, hair and nails.

• The body cannot produce vitamin C and zinc itself, nor can it store sufficient amounts of them. That is why special sustained-release capsules have been developed for C-med®, which release vitamin C and zinc evenly throughout the day. This ensures that the body is continuously supplied with these important nutrients in sufficiently high doses.

Directions for use

• Take 1 capsule once daily, whole, with sufficient liquid. Continuous release over several hours.
• Notes: C-med® sustained-release capsules are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children. Read the package leaflet carefully.
