Directions for use:
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in 200 ml of lukewarm or cold water and drink.
1 effervescent tablet per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake unless advised by a doctor. Keep out of reach of young children.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
Store in a cool, dry place in the tightly sealed tube and protect from direct sunlight.

per 100 g: 200 mg iron, 2250 mg vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), 5000 µg folic acid, 60 µg vitamin B12.
