Burgerstein Dolomit tablets are a dietary supplement and contain an optimum combination of calcium and magnesium and are designed for special needs such as growth, sport or pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Magnesium and calcium products may be taken at the same time. Studies have not shown any interactions between the intake of magnesium and calcium at the recommended dosages. Although magnesium and calcium have similar chemical properties, they are absorbed from the intestine via different transport systems. Calcium only reduces the absorption of magnesium if it is taken in quantities of more than 2 g per day.

Dolomite provides support:

• Athletes: Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal bones. Magnesium supports normal muscle function and contributes to electrolyte balance.
• Pregnant women & breastfeeding mothers: Magnesium has a function in cell division and contributes to normal muscle function and normal energy metabolism. Calcium and magnesium are also needed to maintain normal bones.
• Children and adolescents: Calcium is required for healthy growth and bone development in children.

Directions

• Adults: Take up to 5 tablets daily with a little liquid.
• Children from 3 years: 1 tablet (child must be able to swallow tablet size - can be crushed).
• Children from 6 years: up to 3 tablets Children from 10 years: up to 5 tablets.
• Notes: We recommend clarifying the supplementation and dosage with a doctor before taking it. Magnesium supplements can have a laxative effect.
