In our Vitamin D3 + K2 chewable tablets, we use the form of vitamin D3 that is very easily absorbed by the body. We extract the vitamin D3 from a high-quality lichen extract. For vitamin K2, we have opted for the natural compound MK-7. Vitamin K2 in its natural all-trans MK-7 form is derived from the traditional Japanese food natto, which contains significant amounts of MK-7 in the all-trans form. This compound is readily utilised by the human body, making it an excellent source of this vitamin.
