The now forgotten mildly sweet yellow beetroot was cultivated as early as the 16th century. Combined with apple, exotic turmeric and spicy pepper, the result is an unmistakable and extraordinary liaison that surprises and convinces.
According to studies, components of black pepper increase the bioavailability of turmeric in the human body - the pepper therefore ensures that our body can better absorb the valuable spice.
The golden beetroot, also known as yellow beetroot, has a mildly sweet flavour, perfected with pepper and turmeric.
