Elderberry was first cultivated in Europe around 1960. The many positive characteristics of the tree, such as low susceptibility and good frost hardiness, were quickly recognised, so that the plant quickly gained popularity and today it is hard to imagine the European landscape without it. The elderberry variety used for our Biotta elderberry juice is Haschberg, the highest quality and most flavourful elderberry variety. The black berries are carefully harvested and pressed by hand at the end of the summer. The result is a natural juice without artificial additives or added sugar. Thanks to the gentle production process, the juice tastes deliciously fruity and mild.
Biotta Elderberry is rounded off with an elderflower tea extract and can be enjoyed slightly warmed. The juice consists of freshly pressed elderberries (430g) and is supplemented with a tea extract of elderflowers and agave syrup.

How to use
Shake well before drinking. Store in the refrigerator after opening. Drink within 8 days.
