Bios Nettle Leaves 250 mg capsules are a dietary supplement containing nettle leaf extract.
The stinging nettle belongs to the stinging nettle family (Urticaceae) and is an ancient home remedy from our homeland. The best-known ingredient is formic acid, but the plant is also rich in vitamins A and C, minerals (silicic acid) and chlorophyll, the typical green pigment.

Adults: Take 2 x 2 capsules daily before meals, unchewed, with liquid.
