Bios Vitamin B7 2.5 mg capsules are a food supplement containing 2.5 mg vitamin B7 (biotin) per capsule. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes, hair and energy metabolism.

Vitamin B7 (also known as vitamin H or biotin) belongs to the group of water-soluble B vitamins and is found in small amounts in food. The vitamin promotes the cell growth of skin and connective tissue and is directly involved in the formation of the basic substance of hair and nails. The targeted intake of high doses of biotin can promote the growth of shiny, strong hair and nails as well as a radiant complexion. Supplementation with biotin has also proven effective in the case of existing functional disorders of the skin, hair and nails, as it is involved in numerous metabolic and cell division processes.
