Bios Vitamin B2 100 mg capsules are a food supplement containing vitamin B2 (riboflavin). It contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal skin.

Vitamin B2 (also known as riboflavin) belongs to the group of water-soluble vitamins. Like the other vitamins in the B group, vitamin B2 is not stored in the body but must be supplied regularly through food or additional supplementation. It is found in milk, dairy products and eggs, in vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus and spinach, in fish and wholemeal products. Vitamin B2 is an important component of enzymes that are required for energy metabolism. It also supports reactions to detoxify foreign substances from the body, such as medication.

A vitamin B2 deficiency causes growth disorders, skin diseases and inflammation of the mucous membranes, primarily in the mouth, oral mucous membranes and the corners of the mouth. Our capsules can help prevent deficiency symptoms.

Capsule shell: gelatine; colouring in the capsule shell: brilliant blue FCF, allura red AC (may impair activity and attention in children!), titanium dioxide.
