Bios Vitamin B2 1.6 mg capsules are a food supplement containing vitamin B2 (riboflavin). It contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal skin.

Vitamin B2 (also known as riboflavin) belongs to the group of water-soluble vitamins. Like the other vitamins in the B group, vitamin B2 is not stored in the body but must be supplied regularly through food or additional supplementation. It is found in milk, dairy products and eggs, in vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus and spinach, in fish and wholemeal products. Vitamin B2 is an important component of enzymes that are required for energy metabolism. It also supports reactions to detoxify foreign substances from the body, such as medication.
