Bios Pineapple Capsules are a food supplement containing pineapple powder and the enzyme bromelain. Pineapple, a plant belonging to the Bromeliaceae family, is cultivated in tropical regions around the world for its fruit.
According to tradition, Christopher Columbus was presented with a pineapple as a gift upon his arrival in the Americas, and it has been regarded as a symbol of hospitality and warmth ever since. The plant has retained this positive reputation to this day. However, the fruit of this plant is not only delicious but also rich in vitamin C, minerals and enzymes. The enzyme bromelain is particularly worth mentioning: bromelain belongs to the group of so-called proteases, which means that this small biocatalyst can break down proteins (for example, from food). During digestion, proteases break down dietary proteins. Only in this way can valuable nutrients be absorbed by the body. When taken orally, bromelain is distributed throughout all body tissues after being absorbed into the bloodstream. Fluid build-up in tissues and blood clots can be rapidly dissolved. Bromelain can also have a positive effect on blood flow. The bromelain used is of plant origin.

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times a day with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Bromelain 1200 GDU/g (bromelain, maltodextrin), pineapple juice powder (pineapple powder, maltodextrin, citric acid); cellulose*; bulking agent: mannitol**. *Capsule shell. **May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!
- Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): 300 mg pineapple powder and 750 mg bromelain, equivalent to 1,800 FIP units.
