The mango is the fruit of the mango tree and belongs to the kidney tree family (Anacardianceae). It is particularly rich in important enzymes and antioxidants. The fruit's valuable ingredients strengthen the immune system, act as free radical scavengers and complement each other to form a natural digestive aid by supporting intestinal activity. The beta-carotene contained in the mango is suitable as sun protection from the inside. The skin ages more slowly and protects itself for longer.
