Magnesium is an electrolyte that is essential for the human body. It regulates the interaction of nerves and muscles, is involved in the regulation of blood sugar and maintains the electrolyte balance in the body. A magnesium deficiency can manifest itself in muscle cramps (especially calf cramps), gastrointestinal complaints, tiredness, headaches, nervousness and brittle fingernails. Potassium is also an important electrolyte for cell signalling. It creates the conditions for information to be passed from cell to cell.
Potassium is also involved in the regulation of the water-electrolyte balance and regulates the acid-base balance. The properties of potassium and magnesium complement each other perfectly, which is why supplementation with our capsules has proven to be effective in certain life situations.
