Bios Liver and Gallbladder Protection Capsules are a dietary supplement containing herbal extracts of milk thistle seeds, curcuma roots, peppermint leaves, boldo leaves and dandelion roots.

The liver and gallbladder work closely together. Their co-operation is crucial for fat digestion, vitamin absorption and cholesterol excretion. A high-fat diet, alcohol consumption and lack of exercise can put a strain on our hepatobiliary system. Our capsules contain herbal extracts from milk thistle seeds, curcuma roots, peppermint leaves, boldo leaves and dandelion roots.

A daily intake of these plant extracts is a useful addition to the diet and makes a valuable contribution to supporting liver and bile function. The liver can be protected from damaging influences and its ability to regenerate improved. When bile production is stimulated and bile flow is functioning properly, fatty foods can be digested sufficiently and flatulence can be avoided.

• Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): 150 mg dandelion root extract, 165 mg boldo leaf extract, 180 mg peppermint leaf extract, 195 mg curcuma root extract and 375 mg milk thistle seed extract.
