Bios Lithium 5 mg capsules are a product with lithium orotate - is the salt of orotic acid and the trace element lithium. 1 capsule contains 130 mg lithium orotate monohydrate corresponding to 5 mg lithium.

Lithium is slightly less common in the earth's crust than zinc, but more common than cobalt, tin and lead. Lithium salts are also commonly found in brines, the concentration can be up to one per cent. Like many organisms, plants also benefit from low doses of lithium: in sunflowers and maize, for example, a concentration of 5 mg lithium per dm³ led to growth promotion.
