Bios Leucine / Isoleucine / Valine Capsules are a dietary supplement containing the three essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, which are branched-chain amino acids, the BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acid).

The three essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine belong to the branched-chain amino acids, the so-called BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acid). These are crucial for the synthesis of other amino acids and for building proteins. As, unlike all other amino acids, they are not metabolised in the liver but directly in the muscles, BCAAs are not only gentle on the liver but are also available directly on site, where they help to maintain and build muscle mass. After all, they are important components of the contractile proteins actin and myosin. BCAAs provide the necessary energy when the glucose reserves of the muscles are running low.
