Green coffee is the unroasted seed of the coffee bush, which belongs to the Rubiaceae family. Green coffee is one of the best sources of chlorogenic acid, the content of which is greatly reduced during the roasting process. It is still rich in vitamins and differs significantly in its composition from the roasted variety. The extract used in the capsules is obtained from high-quality Arabica beans, is GMO-free and is produced without the use of additional carrier material. The chlorogenic acid from the green coffee is characterised by its good availability for the body.
