Frankincense is derived from various species of Boswellia belonging to the family Burseraceae. A distinction is made between African and Indian frankincense. For our tablets, we use the resin of the Indian frankincense tree (Boswellia serrata). The resin has been used as an important remedy in traditional Indian naturopathy for over 3,000 years. According to Ayurveda, frankincense has a harmonising effect on the human energy system, and its resin is used in this system of medicine to treat various ailments. In addition to numerous substances such as essential oils and tannins, frankincense resin also contains boswellic acids. Frankincense 200 mg Organic Capsules contain the original frankincense extract from India.

- Ingredients: Bulking agent: mannitol*; frankincense resin extract; gelatine**; colouring agent**: titanium dioxide; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. *May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess! **Capsule shell.
