Bios Enzyme Bromelain 250 mg capsules are a food supplement with pineapple powder and bromelain.

Bromelain is an enzyme extract obtained from the pineapple plant. Pineapple, a plant from the bromeliad family, is cultivated in tropical regions around the world to produce fruit. However, the fruit of this plant is not only extremely tasty, it is also vital and has long been used as a cosmetic and skin care product. Pineapples are rich in vitamin C, minerals and enzymes. The enzyme bromelain is particularly noteworthy: Bromelain belongs to the group of so-called proteases, which means that this small biocatalyst can break down proteins (for example from food). During digestion, proteases break down food proteins. This is the only way that valuable food components can be absorbed into the body. Ingredients

• Ingredients: Bromelain 1200 GDU/g (bromelain, maltodextrin); pineapple juice powder (pineapple powder, maltodextrin, citric acid); cellulose*; bulking agent: mannitol**. *Capsule shell. **May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!
• Composition per daily dose (3 capsules): 300 mg pineapple powder and 750 mg bromelain corresponding to 1800 FIP units.
