Bios Creatine 500 mg capsules are a dietary supplement containing creatine monohydrate (Creapure®).

The body uses an average of around 2 g creatine per day. Half of this amount is replenished through the body’s own production, and the other half through a diet rich in meat and fish. In the body, creatine is found predominantly in the skeletal muscles, the heart and the brain . Creatine plays a central role in metabolism and is essential for the body’s energy supply . Poor diet, advancing age and a disruption in the body’s own synthesis can lead to a creatine deficiency.

• Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate (Creapure®); bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!), Capsule shell: gelatine; colourings in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide, iron oxide, Ponceau 4R, quinoline yellow, Patent Blue V (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children!).
• Composition per daily dose (4 capsules): 2000 mg creatine monohydrate.
