Bios Broccoli Capsules are a food supplement containing broccoli sprout concentrate. Broccoli contains the phytochemical sulforaphane and is rich in essential nutrients.
Broccoli belongs to the cruciferous family (Brassicaceae) and is found primarily on the Mediterranean and western coasts of Europe. Broccoli is the most important source of sulforaphane, the phytochemical with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. This compound combats viruses, fungi and bacteria and neutralises free radicals. This strengthens our immune system and protects our cells.
Broccoli also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E, as well as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and iron. The broccoli extract we use is standardised to contain a minimum level of sulforaphane. Thanks to a particularly gentle manufacturing process, the raw material retains its natural flavour.

Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily before meals with liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: broccoli sprout concentrate; bulking agent: mannitol (may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!), capsule shell: gelatine; colouring agent in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide.
- Composition per daily dose (2 capsules): 500 mg of sulforaphane-equivalent broccoli sprout concentrate.
