Bios Blueberry P capsules are a dietary supplement containing blueberry powder. Bilberries (blueberries) are known for their positive effect on health, particularly due to their high antioxidant content.
The bilberry is a low-growing shrub from the bilberry family. It contains tannins and anthocyanins, the blue colouring typical of blueberries. This has a high antioxidant potential which is particularly beneficial for the walls of the fine blood vessels in the eyes. Especially at dusk, the eye's adaptation time is shortened after glare and full vision is restored more quickly. The blueberries for the blueberry powder come entirely from wild harvesting and are gently dried and pulverised.

Adults: Take 3 x 1 capsule daily with liquid.
