Bios BCAA capsules are a high-quality dietary supplement containing the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. These are essential amino acids and cannot be produced by the body itself.
The three essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine are classified as branched-chain amino acids, known as BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids). These are crucial for the synthesis of other amino acids and for the formation of proteins. As, unlike all other amino acids, they are metabolised not in the liver but directly in the muscles, BCAAs not only spare the liver but are also available directly at the site of action, where they help to maintain and build muscle mass. Finally, they are key components of the contractile proteins actin and myosin. BCAAs provide the necessary energy when the muscles’ glucose reserves are running low. At the same time, BCAAs inhibit the breakdown of muscle mass and reduce muscle soreness in the days following exercise. These amino acids are therefore of particular interest to high-performance athletes in strength and endurance sports. BCAAs also activate the growth hormone somatotropin, which has additional muscle-building properties. BCAA Bios capsules contain 240 mg of L-leucine, 80 mg of L-isoleucine and 80 mg of L-valine of non-animal origin, obtained exclusively through fermentation or protein hydrolysis.

Directions for use
Adults: take up to 1 capsule 3 times a day between meals with liquid. During physical exertion: take the daily dose in divided doses before and immediately after training with sufficient liquid.
