How to use

1. Clean the skin: To ensure that the adhesive adheres well, it is important to wash the nose thoroughly (remove make-up) and pat dry before applying, as the plaster does not adhere well to wet, damp or creamed skin.
2. Find the correct position: Remove the protective film and place the sticky side of the plaster in the centre of the nose directly above the nostrils. (see back of plaster packaging)
3. Attach and breathe: Gently press the ends of the plaster onto your nose (approx. 20 seconds) and breathe.
4. Remove: Clean your face with warm water for about 10 seconds. Then gently lift both sides of the plaster and pull it off.
5. Wearing time: The Biohackify nasal strips can be worn for up to 8 hours.
