Directions for use

1. Clean the skin: To ensure the adhesive sticks properly, it is important to wash your nose thoroughly (removing any make-up) and pat it dry before applying the patch, as it will not adhere well to wet, damp or creamed skin.
2. Find the correct position: Remove the protective film and place the sticky side of the patch centrally on the nose, directly above the nostrils. (See the back of the patch packaging)
3. Secure it and take a deep breath: Gently press the ends of the plaster onto your nose (for about 20 seconds) and breathe.
4. Removal: Wash your face with warm water for about 10 seconds. Then gently lift both sides of the patch and peel it off.
5. Duration of use: Biohackify Nasal Strips can be worn for up to 8 hours.
