Directions for use

Adults: For a full bath, place 2–3 tablespoons of the bath salt into the enclosed cotton bag and add it to the running bath water. Alternatively, the salt can be added directly to the water. Recommended bath temperature approx. 37 °C, bath duration 15–20 minutes.
