Directions
- Adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day unchewed with sufficient liquid.
- Children from 6 years: 1 capsule once a day with plenty of liquid.
- Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed with plenty of water, or open as a powder in yoghurt or drink.
