Folic acid (vitamin B9) belongs to the group of B vitamins and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Folic acid plays a decisive role in the healthy development of the unborn child, especially during pregnancy, but also from the time of the desire to have children. Folic acid is present in an activated form and is therefore optimally bioavailable. Together with iron, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, this product is an ideal composition for special times.
Folic acid:

Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day unchewed with sufficient liquid.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Filler: cellulose; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), iron (II) gluconate, pydridoxine hydrochloride, calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin.
