Alternating dosage
Day 1 capsule - intestinal comfort:
- Peppermint extract (55 mg): Peppermint is known for its soothing properties and helps to relieve digestive discomfort, especially flatulence
- PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) (300 mg): a fatty substance that is normally present in the body and is activated as our body's natural defence³
- Vitamin D (5 ug): normal function of the immune system
- Vitamin B2 (4 mg): supports a healthy intestinal barrier and protects cells from free radicals (antioxidant effect)²
Capsule Day 2 - Microbiome Focus:
- Microbiotic strains: combination of four strains (Lactobacillus helveticus IQB0211, Lactobacillus plantarum IQB8386, Lactobacillus rhamnosus IQB2911, Bifidobacterium longum IQB2901)
- Microbiomex® (500 mg): prebiotic, patented citrus extract, rich in flavonoids, which supports the function of the intestinal barrier
- Vitamin B6 (6 mg): contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.

Directions for use
Start the first day with the dark capsule (intestinal comfort) and continue the next day with the beige capsule (microbiome focus). Take one capsule alternately per day. If necessary, both capsules can be taken on the same day. Can be taken at any time of the day.

- Ingredients - Dark capsule: Nettle extract (Urtica dioica, leaf, 340 mg), palmitoylethanolamide (PEA, 200 mg), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), peppermint extract (Mentha piperita, leaf, 55 mg), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphate), olive oil (Olea europaea, fruit, 20 mg), cholecalciferol (vitamin D, 5 µg, 100% NRV*), riboflavin (vitamin B2, 4 mg, 285.7% NRV*).
- Ingredients - Beige capsule: Microbiomex® [Citrus extracts (Citrus sinensis, fruit, 470 mg); (Citrus paradisi, fruit, 30 mg)], glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), olive oil (Olea europaea, fruit, 80 mg), nettle extract (Urtica dioica, leaf, 50 mg), potato starch, anti-caking agents (calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, lecithin), microbiotic strains 1 billion CFU** (Lactobacillus helveticus IQB0211, Lactobacillus plantarum IQB8386, Lactobacillus rhamnosus IQB2911, Bifidobacterium longum IQB2901), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6, 6 mg, 428.57 % NRV*).
