Biodami® Darmbiomix SUPPORT capsules are a dietary supplement that takes a holistic approach to supporting gut health, containing peppermint and microbiotic strains to promote gut comfort and microbiome balance.

Alternating dosage
Day 1 capsule – gut comfort:
- Peppermint extract ( 55 mg): Peppermint is known for its soothing properties and helps to relieve digestive discomfort, particularly bloating
- PEA ( palmitoylethanolamide) (300 mg): a fatty substance naturally present in the body which is activated as part of our body’s natural defences³
- Vitamin D ( 5 µg): supports the normal function of the immune system
- Vitamin B2 (4 mg): supports a healthy gut barrier and protects cells from free radicals (antioxidant effect)²
Day 2 capsule – Microbiome Focus:
- Microbiotic strains: a combination of four strains (Lactobacillus helveticus IQB0211, Lactobacillus plantarum IQB8386, Lactobacillus rhamnosus IQB2911, Bifidobacterium longum IQB2901)
- Microbiomex® (500 mg): a prebiotic, patented citrus extract, rich in flavonoids, which supports the function of the gut barrier
- Vitamin B6 (6 mg): contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Directions for use
Start on the first day with the dark capsule (Gut Comfort) and continue the next day with the beige capsule (Microbiome Focus). Take one capsule per day, alternating between the two. If necessary, both capsules may be taken on the same day.
Can be taken at any time of day.
Ingredients
- Ingredients – Dark capsule: Nettle extract (Urtica dioica, leaf, 340 mg), palmitoylethanolamide (PEA, 200 mg), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), peppermint extract (Mentha piperita, leaf, 55 mg), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphate), olive oil (Olea europaea, fruit, 20 mg), cholecalciferol (vitamin D, 5 µg, 100% NRV*), riboflavin (vitamin B2, 4 mg, 285.7% NRV*).
- Ingredients – Beige capsule: Microbiomex® [citrus extracts (Citrus sinensis, fruit, 470 mg); (Citrus paradisi, fruit, 30 mg)], coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), olive oil (Olea europaea, fruit, 80 mg), stinging nettle extract (Urtica dioica, leaf, 50 mg), potato starch, anti-caking agents (calcium phosphate, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, lecithin), microbiotic strains 1 billion CFU** (Lactobacillus helveticus IQB0211, Lactobacillus plantarum IQB8386, Lactobacillus rhamnosus IQB2911, Bifidobacterium longum IQB2901), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6, 6 mg, 428.57% NRV*).
- Composition – Dark capsule %NRV*: Peppermint extract (menthol) 55 mg, PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) 200 mg, vitamin D 5 µg 100 per cent, vitamin B2 4 mg 285.7 per cent.
