Better Life Products® Magnesium 350 mg Sticks are a dietary supplement containing a quadruple combination of 350 mg magnesium, 100 mg potassium, 50 mg calcium and 50 mg vitamin C per stick. Ideal for when you’re on the go.

cannot produce magnesium itself, so a daily
adequate intake through diet is necessary.
Potassium forms the basis for the normal functioning of

heart function. Furthermore, nerve cells also rely on an
adequate supply of potassium. Potassium

Directions for use
- Take 1 stick once a day, spread throughout the day. Take an additional stick immediately after intensive training. Tear open the sticks along the perforation. Allow the granules to dissolve directly on the tongue without water.
- Notes: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
- 1 stick contains 0.07 BE.
