- Magnesium 350 mg: Magnesium makes a valuable contribution to normal energy metabolism and promotes the normal function of muscles and nerves. It supports the electrolyte balance and can help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Directions
- Take 1 stick 1 x daily spread over the day. Take an additional 1 stick immediately after intensive training. Tear open the sticks along the perforation. Melt the granules directly on the tongue without water.
- Notes: May have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
- 1 stick contains 0.07 BE.
